I often prepare our meals in advance. So pretty much every evening I make a bowl of fruitsalad to have for breakfast the next morning. I often boil the eggs in advance also. This is to minimize the risk of falling for something less healthy. The best thing is not having any unhealthy stuff at home though. That is probably my best advice; don’t by that stuff in the first place. Don’t by that white fluffy bread to have in the freezer just in case. Cause you’ll end up eating it!
