Eat healthy throughout your pregnancy

Eating healthy doesn’t mean eating more! No you shouldn’t eat for 2 when you are pregnant. Why? Because gaining to much weight is not good for you or your baby.  Focus on getting more lean protein, healthy fats and more of certain vitamins and minerals, Such as folic acid and iron.  Add more fruit and vegetables to your diet.  During the first trimester you don’t have to add any extra calories. During the second trimester you can add appr. 350 calories per days and during the third you can add  450 calories per day.
